Built on a graphene oxide infused polysilazane glass resin, it delivers the professional grade hydrophobics and slickness Magnum is known for, in a formula developed for enthusiasts who want real protection and a finish that turns heads.
Carbon Star forms a semi permanent bond with factory paint that cannot be washed away or broken down by aggressive cleaning chemicals. As the polysilazane resin cures, it converts into a dense glass layer that locks onto the surface at a molecular level. Graphene oxide is dispersed throughout this layer, reinforcing the structure and delivering up to five years of real world protection while maintaining deep gloss and clarity.
The graphene oxide infused structure provides anti static properties that help reduce dust attraction. Heat dissipation within the coating helps minimise water spotting, particularly in hot Australian conditions. Strong hydrophobic behaviour and a slick surface feel promote self cleaning, allowing water, grime and contaminants to release easily. The hardened protective layer resists light scratches, swirl marks and everyday wear.
Carbon Star has been designed for straightforward application with professional results. The single application formula bonds reliably to paint, paint protection film, vinyl, chrome, aluminium and plastic trim. Additional layers can be applied after thirty minutes.
Flash times of one to three minutes give ample working time for even coverage. A rainbow hazing effect acts as a visual guide during application, reducing the risk of high spots and missed areas.
